In August members of the Property- and Tradition Commission of the Royal Land Forces took the usable parts out of the tank. The quality of the interior still present was bad. Several hits during its time at the shooting range caused severe damage to the interior. Most interior parts will be used for reproduction purposes. On the photo's a turret basket can be seen and the steering levers. The 9 cilinder engine block was also of poor quality. But the Property- and Tradition Commission of the Royal Land Forces took the block with them to see if some interior parts, like the crank-shaft, would be usable for conservation and re-use. We also started to remove the wheels and bogie sets. On the photo one can see the expensions/wideners which are welded on the hull of the tank. These blocks will be removed in order to go back to the right configuration.
